To James BARNES, you are hereby notified that on or before the 1st day of May 1873, there will be on file in the Clerks office, District court of Allamakee County, a petition of Sofrona BARNES claiming of you a divorce from the bonds of matrimony and for other relief. S.S. POWERS, attny of plaintiff.
