Juliaetta--News reached here yesterday of the death of Mrs. Bare of Reed Point, Montana. Mrs. Bare was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O.H. Dasch of Juliaetta.

Mrs. Bare leaves a baby girl a few days old.

Last Saturday Mr. Dasch received from the war department, a message notifying them that their only son had died of disease in France.

The will of Henrietta Baumgartner, who died March 7, at Genesee, was filed in the probate court today. The property consists of real estate and personal property, which is willed in shares to each of the seven children, and is valued at $25,000. Two sons of the deceased, Henry and Matt Baumgartner, were named in the will as executors of the estate.

A certified copy of the will of Louisa Thompson was filed for probate with a petition for the issuance of letters of administration to Ulrich Lienhard of Princeton. The petition is filed by Oliver McRoberts, a legatee under the will and to whom has been devised the SE1/4 Sec. 10 Twp. 41 N., R. 4 W.B.M. in Latah county. The textatrix under the decree died at Seattle in May, 1917, and the bulk of the estate was probated there.

In the matter of the estate of Lavinia Rachell Moore, deceased, J.G. Vennigerholz has been appointed administrator. The estate consists of city property in the southeastern part of Moscow.

In the district court, Wiley Albert Sims has instituted action for divorce against Ada Sims. The charges are cruel and inhuman treatment. The couple were married at Spokane in 1906 and there are two children, 12 and 10 years of age, for whose custody the plaintiff asks.

Mrs. Addie Perry received a telegram today announcing the arrival yesterday of her son, Sergeant Jos. T. Perry, in New York. Mr. Perry has been 16 months in France. While he was overseas in the service of his country, his wife died of influenza at Coeur d'Alene on January 4.

Mrs. Matt Horrigan and Mr. and Mrs. Milton Rogers went to Spokane today [March 25] to attend the funeral of Mrs. Jack Keiser, formerly Miss Evaline Hesseltine of Moscow, who died following an operation.

Mrs. W.J. Costigan left for Butte, today [March 25], called by the death of her daughter, Mrs. Florence Hannah, who died of pneumonia, following influenza.

Mrs. W.H. Hill, who celebrated her birthday last evening [March 25] was given a surprise party by a number of her friends. Refreshments were served and a very pleasant time had by all.

Born, to Mrs. Robert Johnson of Dubois, Idaho, a daughter, Dorothy Marie [Johnson], on March 21. Mrs. Johnson is in Moscow visiting her mother, Mrs. Julius Schumacker.

A marriage license was issued today [March 27] to Fred A. Arneberg and Alma Mayme Arnot, both of Troy. Mr. Arneberg has recently returned from service in the army.
