Property for Sale

Frederick-Town, January 30, 1786. To be sold, by public vendue, on Saturday, February 25, if not sold before at private sale, that valuable two-story stone house opposite the Market House in Frederick-Town; there are a brick kitchen, a log table, and a good well, which are all in good order; the front of the house and passage measures 36 feet and an half, 60 feet deep more or less. The one third of the purchase money to be paid down, the remaining part in four annual payments, after giving bonds with security; the two last bonds with lawful interest from the day of sale. Likewise, a piece of ground containing 28 feet front and 60 feet deep, more or less, lying between Mr. JOHN HOFFMAN's and Mr. MICHAEL BALTZELS, in Market Street, One hundred pounds of the purchase money to be paid down, and the remaining part in a year's hence, by giving bond and good security to.
