To be sold for ready money, on March 22, 1786, the personal estate of CHRISTOPHER EDELEN, Esq., late of Frederick-Town, deceased. Consisting of one young Negro wench, one child 3 years old, an two old men; with all the household furniture. The sale to begin at 11 o'clock in the morning. M. BAYLY, Administrator

The subscriber will sell to the highest bidder March 23, 1786, on three years credit with annual payments, good security and interest; that elegant 2-story brick house adjoining Mr. JOHN DAVIDSON's, in Frederick-Town. As the conveniences of that dwelling house are well known, it unnecessary to say any thing more, than, its for sale and an indisputable title will be given, by M. BAYLY.
