Walter True, brother of the late Charles True, who has been here for the past three weeks settling up the C.W. True estate, left Tuesday morning for his home in Pittsburg, Kansas.

L.P. Saettler of Dallas, this week purchased the C.W. True Saddlery Co., and will continue business in the present location. Mr. Saettler is an experienced leather repair man and will appreciate your business.

Perkins Well Reported in Good Pay Sand
The Perkins well on the W.L. Andrews lease about 11 miles south east, has made a strike reported good, but as yet not fully tested. - Archer County News

Young County in Good Financial Condition
Bank Statements from County
Deposits show $3,000,000.00 in the banks of Young County.
The McCluskey well near South Bend, making now about 1,000 barrels and increasing daily, the other good producing wells around South Bend and the large number of good producing wells bring drilled in different parts of the county was putting Young County on the map.

Tilden Chestnut has purchased the Dial Barber shop from R.C. Dial. Tilden has been out of the barber business as long as he can stand it. Mr. Dial will move to California. He has a married daughter living there.
