Three davenport men were fined $25 and costs each this afternoon in the court of Jutice E C Gillams for shooting quail during a closed season.
They were Marion S Brown, Erwin Pestle, and J R Rodgers. Court costs brought the total penalties for the afternoon's pleasure to $30.70 for each man
The three were arrested by A E Miller, deputy game warden of Muscatine when he found them shooting south of Tipton.
