Dr. MADDUX the celebrated dentist, will be in Jackson again next Wednesday.

Splendid bargains can be had in clothing and dry goods at J.M. LEVY'S.

A new fence is being put up in front of the residence of E. BAREIL on Broadway street.

Roadmaster-elect MASON is opening a lane between his place and the residence of J.A. EAGON.

A new porch has been put up in front of POGGI'S barber shop, which adds materially to the looks of the building.

Mr. James MULDOON of Kennedy Flat has been in very poor health of late; but we understand is improving at present.

Mr. Hugh MURRAY has given up his position as salesman at the store of J.M. Levy, and is now in charge of Mr. Jas. Muldoon's business at Kennedy Flat.

Mrs. WATROUS is having a neat little cottage built on Stump street opposite the residence of Mrs. Casper HARTMAN. Mr. C.H. MILLS is the master mechanic.
