Mr. Stanfield of Ilinois, a friend of Mr League, arrived Saturday, to live in Woodston.
A. B. Barney, Charlie and Wiley Cole, have just returned from a chicken hunt out West.
M. J. Wells has fenced his cornfield, and we wish some one would bring us some feed for our cows.
Riley Eastman has a fine lot of agricultural implements, wagons ect. Read his advertisement in this paper.
Married - Oct 27th, Mr. James Grimes and Miss Jane Anway. The happy pair have the best wishes of the Saw.
W. V. Wolf sells for cash cheaper than any man in town. Call and examine his goods before buying elsewhere.
W. A. McFerren and family have gone to house-keeping in their new building. Mc has tried boardng for a long time.
J. M. McKain at the Howell Bros. yard has but little time to write locals this week; they are having a big trade.
