IN MEMORIAM
AHERNE—In loving memory of John Aherne, who died at his residence, Barnahash, Rathcormac, on 3rd September, 1916. R.I.P. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on his soul, Mother of Sorrows pray for him.
His busy hands are folded,
His work on earth is done;
God thought it best, he needed rest,
And took our father home.
