ACTION TAKEN TO ANNUL HER MARRIAGE
RENO, Nev., Jan. 24 (AP) Action to have annulled her marriage to Wilfred Lawson Butt, former member of the Freshman football squad at the University of Nevada and an employee of a Reno lunch counter, will be instituted in the district court here today by Eugenie Bankhead Hoyt Butt.
Mrs. Hoyt-Butt arrived in Reno yesterday from Honolulu, leaving her husband there. Her action will be based on the fact that Butt had another wife at the time of their marriage.
The former Mrs. Hoyt married Butt here on Dec. 18, nine days after she had obtained a second divorce from Morton Hoyt, one of the solicitor generals during the Roosevelt and Taft administration.
