SUIT TO BREAK WILL OF LATE JOHN MURPHY
CHICAGO, Jan. 28 (AP) Suit to break the will of the late John B. Murphy, vice president of the Kohler Company, has been filed by Mrs. Sarah Carroll, of Milwaukee, Wis., a half-sister.
The bill charges that Mrs. May Runn Murphy of Chicago, second wife of the plumbing manufacturer conspired to inherit his estate, valued at $1,000,000.
A representative of Mrs. Murphy said the charge was absurd and she was preparing to bring action against Mrs. Carroll for damages she had suffered as a result of the suit.
