SUIT TO BREAK WILL OF LATE JOHN MURPHY
CHICAGO, Jan. 28 (AP) – Suit to break the will of the late John B. Murphy, vice president of the Kohler Company, has been filed by Mrs. Sarah Carroll, of Milwaukee, Wis., a half-sister.
The bill charges that Mrs. May Runn Murphy of Chicago, second wife of the plumbing manufacturer conspired to inherit his estate, valued at $1,000,000.
A representative of Mrs. Murphy said the charge was absurd and she was preparing to bring action against Mrs. Carroll for damages she had suffered as a result of the suit.
