TWO WOMEN VICTIMS OF MAN WITH A CLUB
CHICAGO, Feb. 1 (AP) Two women were victims of separate attacks by a man with a club who struck them down in a gold coast neighborhood late last night.
Both women were taken to hospitals, but their injuries were not serious.
Miss Josephine Belski, 20 years old, was attacked within a few doors of her North Dearborn street home. The man leaped from the darkness, struck her over the head, and fled.
The other victim was Mrs. Lucy Hartman, maid for the family of an architect living on Banks street.
The only description police had of the attacker was that he was young and well dressed.
