Description: A Wife Beheaded.
Date: July 5 1886
Newspaper published in: St. Louis, MO
Tuscola, July 5.
Henry WILDMAN, a prosperous farmer, sent his children to a picnic at Benton yesterday and then commenced to quarrel with his wife concerning some property. He led her out to the rear kitchen and drawing her across his knee nearly severed her head from her body with a razor. He then went out in the orchard and cut his throat. He cannot recover. There is great excitement here.
