Members of the Railway Postal Clerks' Brotherhood who have returned from the session at Indianapolis say that the action of the Postmaster General in summarily suspending some of the clerks and refusing an audience for explanation may lead to the resignation of the whole force, demoralizing the service. Richard JONES, book-keeper for the Central Traffic Association, committed suicide at a hotel yesterday by taking morphine. He was somewhat dissipated. For many years he had occupied high positions in railroad auditing departments.
