TECH RECEIVES TROPHY.
Princeton Cup Awarded to the High School Football Champions.
The Princeton alumni cup, emblematic of the interhigh school football championship was yesterday presented to Technical High School in the presence of 600 pupils of the manual training institution.
Dr. G. E. MEYERS, principal of the school, received the trophy, and was followed by Prof. L. W. MATTERN, the faculty athletic adviser, who reviewed the season, and paid a fitting tribute to the new champions. Coach C. W. HECOX was presented with a scarf pin by the members of the winning team.
The Technical initial, in recognition of athletic work, was awarded to Capt. BREWSTER, McCARTHY, SPENCER, W. THRALL, ELLIS, SPRANZY, BULLOGH, JANNUS, BENSON, SMALL, GALBRAITH, and MARSDEN. The following substitutes received numerals, ED, THRALL, EMMERT, KEUHEN, and BAKER.
