The Limerick Reporter & Tipperary Vindicator, 1 March 1864On Saturday night, at his residence, in the Abbey, at the advanced age of 82 years Mr. James Ahern, an old and respectable citizen, deeply regretted by all who knew him. His remains were conveyed to St. Patrick's cemetery yesterday by a very large funeral procession.—R.I.P.

Mr. Henry Michael Gilberson was received into the Catholic Church during the past week by the Rev. Thomas Fiitzgerald, the respected Curate of the town.
