In the estate of Benjamin D. Fairbanks, deceased, Mr. Charles Blenman, as attorney for the widow, presented a petition praying that the whole of the estate might be set aside to her, as she was the sole heir at law of her late husband, and as the same was community property. After hearing the evidence of Mrs. Fairbanks and Hon. W.C. Davis, and the bond required having been filed, a decree was granted and applied for.
