Toulon, Ill., - Miss Plessie Culbertson, a prominent society girl of this place, committed suicide today, her body being found in a shallow cistern at her motherís home. Miss Culbertson had been ill for several days, and is supposed to have drowned herself while temporarily insane. She must have lain down in order to get her head under water. Miss Culbertson was a beautiful young woman, highly educated and was one of the wealthiest young women in Central Illinois, having been left a large fortune by her grandfather.
