Description: A Grace-less Fellow.

Date: June 29 1860

Newspaper published in: San Francisco, Ca.

John GRACE, who has gained considerable notoriety by previous acts of rowdyism, got perfectly desperate on Sunday morning, 24th June, at Princeton, Mariposa county, and shot three shots with a six-shooter at a man by the name of TUNGATE, who was sleeping in a bunk in the house. TUNGATE got up and started towards Mariposa for the purpose of having him arrested, when GRACE fired two shots at him with a double-barreled shot gun. He then left. Under-Sheriff HOWELL is after him. (Mariposa Star.)
