Finds Daughter After 18 Years’ Separation
------------------
(Special to The Daily Times)
Pana, Ill., Aug. 24 – Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Gootch of Litchfield, Ill., have just located their daughter in Pana after nineteen years’ absence during which time they never knew her whereabouts. She is Mrs. Samuel P. Mooney, who was placed in an orphanage in Chicago eighteen years ago and afterward adopted by Mr. and Mrs. George Metzger in this city.
The Gootch family met with reverses eighteen years ago and sent the children to the Chicago Orphans’ Home. Afterwards Gootch made a fortune and began search for his children.
