The sheriff of Forsyth County, Ga., has gone to the Indian Territory for the purpose of taking back with him Jacob Pettijohn, who was sentenced to death for murder in Georgia 29 years ago. Pettijohn made his way to that territory after escaping jail, and has been there ever since.
