Bebe Daniels Gets a 10-Day
Sentence for Exceeding Speed Limit
Santa Ana, Calif., April 19.—Bebe Daniels, motion picture star, entered the Orange County jail last night to serve a ten-day sentence for speeding.
Miss Daniels, it is alleged, is an old offender against the ordinances regulating the rate at which automobiles are permitted to travel on the public thoroughfares. She claims, that the speed habit was formed in her work in motion pictures, some of the scenes calling for a veritable scorching of the circumambient air.
