In the matter of the petition of Joseph H. Watson, a bankrupt, to be discharged from his debts.
Notice is hereby given, that JOSEPH H. WATSON of Holmes county, has been duly declared a bankrupt, by an order of the said court, made on the 29th day of May, A. D. 1843, and that the said Joseph H. Watson has applied for a certificate of final discharge from his debts, under the act of Congress in such case made and provided; and the 1st Monday in November next, at Jackson, has been set for the final hearing. All persons interested may then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the decree and certificate of discharge should not be granted.
