MARRIED.—At the residence of George W. Jones, Esq., in Lincoln, Ala., where the bride’s mother is temporarily residing, on the morning of June 23rd 1885, Miss Mary M. McDonald, oldest daughter of the late Col. Joseph B. McDonald, of Athens, Ala., to Dr. H. D. Barr, of Oxford, Ala., Rev. W. Carnahan, Rector of Grace Episcopal church of Anniston officiating. The bride was given away by her uncle, Hon. R. A. Bacon, of Fort Worth, Tex., formerly secretary of the Georgia State railroad commission.—Anniston Watchman.
