Says the Decatur News: Messrs. J. M. & G. A. Nelson, Real Estate Agents, made sales of two farms near Decatur last week. The purchasers are Messrs. J. V. Bergrene and George Esminger both from Vermillion County, Illinois. Mr. Bergrene is already here with his family and has taken possession of the property bought—land formerly owned by M. T. Cartwright, Esq., three miles west of town. Esminger has returned to Illinois, but will move here early in the fall. He bought land from Capt. H. S. Freeman, which formerly belonged to the late Dr. Cantwell, one and a half miles from town on the Courtland road. The Messrs. Nelson are now negotiating several other plantations and expect to perfect sales in a few days.
