The State of Alabama, Madison County—Probate Court
Final Settlement of the estate of Samuel L. Frankenberger, deceased.
This cay came W. P. Nicholson as executor of the will of said Samuel L. Frankenberger, deceased, and presents to the court, under oath, his account, vouchers, evidence and statement for final settlement of his administration of said estate.
It is ordered that the 8th day of September, 1920 be appointed a day for making such settlement at which time all parties in interest can appear and contest the same if they think proper.
Witness at office, this 9th day of August, 1920.
