TRUSTEES’ SALE OF VALUABLE IMPROVED REAL ESTATE BEING THE TWO-STORY DWELLING, NO. 5421 ILLINOIS AVENUE NORTHWEST, BRIGHTWOOD PARK.
By virtue of a certain deed of trust duly recorded in Liber No. 3456, folio 173 et seq., of the land records of the District of Columbia, and at the request of the party secured thereby, the undersigned trustees will sell at public auction, in front of the premises, on Monday, the eighth (8th) day of April, A. D. 1912, at 5 o’clock p. m., the following described land and premises, situate in the county of Washington, District of Columbia, and designated as and being lot numbered sixty-seven (67), in John Taylor Arms’ subdivision of part of square numbered twenty-nine hundred and ninety-five (2995), formerly block ten (10), “Brightwood Park,” as per plat recorded in book 37, page 16, of the records of the office of the Surveyor of the District of Columbia, subject to a prior trust of two thousand dollars ($2,000), with interest at 5 per centum per annum, together with the improvements thereon.
