Corcoran Thom Gives Lecture.
The fourth lecture of the law course of the American Institute of Banking was delivered last night by Corcoran THOM, vice president of the American Security and Trust Company, on “Partnerships and Corporations.”
Mr. THOM took up relations existing between partners, and then discussed corporations, explaining how they are formed and their purposes.
The next lecture will be given on April 11, by H. B. F. MACFARLAND, who will talk on "Sales and Bailments.”
