The object of this suit is to quiet title and declare title by adverse possession in the complainant in and to lot numbered nineteen (19), of Clement McWilliams' subdivision of lots in square numbered five hundred and thirty-six (536), as per plat recorded in the office of the Surveyor of the District of Columbia in Liber N. K., at folio ?36, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia. On motion of the complainant, it is this 1st day of February, 1912, ordered that the defendant, Gustavus A. McCLELLAND, unknown heirs, &c., of. cause his, her, of their appearance to be entered herein on or before the first rule day occurring after the expiration of three months from this date; otherwise the cause will be proceeded with as in case of default.
