MANAGER IN NEW LEAGUE.

W. Steinhause to Handle Charlottesville Virginia Mountain League Club.
Charlottesville, Va., May 3 - W. STEINHAUSE has been chosen manager of the Charlottesville team in the newly organized Virginia Mountain League.
He is well known to fandom in eastern Virginia, having been connected with the Portsmouth team.
Joel M. COEHRAN, president of the local club, has been receiving applications from ball players who are desirous of affiliating themselves with the new organization.
