MISS MARGARET BRITTON IS TO WED MR. CARROLL ROBERTSON, OF NEW YORK
Mr. and Mrs. Alexander BRITTON announce the engagement of their second daughter, Margaret, to Mr. Carroll M. ROBERTSON, of New York. No date has been set for the wedding, which is to take place in the autumn.
Miss BRITTON made her debut this past winter, and is one of the most popular of the young women in society. Mr. ROBERTSON is a member of a well-known New York family.
He is wealthy, popular, and has the reputation of being the best dancer in New York city. Miss BRITTON is considered the best dancer in Washington, and at a recent tea dance given at Rauscher's for some charitable purpose Miss BRITTON and Mr. ROBERTSON won the dancing competition.
Mr. ROBERTSON has been a frequent visitor to Washington this spring.
