PHYSICIAN BUYS OLD ESTATE.
Thomas J. Fisher & Co. Sell Property to Dr. Hrdlicka.
Thomas J. Fisher & Co., Inc., have just sold to Dr. Ales HRDLICKA 20,000 feet or more on the southwest corner of Twenty-ninth and Tilden streets, back of Fernwood Heights, adjoining the Carnegie geographical laboratory, also close to the new building being erected by the Sisters of the Holy Cross. It is understood the price paid was $5,500. Dr. HRDLICKA will occupy the old mansion after improvements are completed.
Fisher & Co. have sold for A. B. BIBB to W. M. BROOKE a two-story brick investment property in Temperance court for about $700, and for Mr. CLINEDINST to Mrs. JOHNSTON two lots on Woodley road, south of Cathedral avenue, for about $5,500. It is the intention of Mrs. JOHNSTON to erect a residence on the property.
The same firm has just closed the sale of eleven lots, belonging to James W. PATTERSON, on the southwest corner of Eighth and G streets northeast. John M. HENDERSON is the purchaser, and intends to erect eleven six-room-and-bath box houses, which will be sold through his agents, Thomas J. Fisher & Co., for about $4,250 to $4,500. Ground will be broken in a few days.
