$60,000 REALTY DEAL.
E. L. Johnson Sells Avenue Property to S. N. Meyer.
The real estate firm of Bradford & Weigle, located in the Bradford building, 908 Fourteenth street, reports the sale of 1229 Pennsylvania avenue northwest, for E. L. JOHNSON, proprietor of the Johnson Hotel, to S. N. MEYER. The consideration is withheld, but it is understood to be $60,000. Mr. MEYER will hold the property as an investment.
The same firm has sold a lot for Lemon S. HOOVER on Connecticut avenue northwest for $7,000. The owner's name is withheld for the present.
