M. O. LEIGHTON BUYS HOME.
Purchases Residence in Lanier Place for $12,500.
H. Clay Stewart & Sons have sold to M. O. LEIGHTON, of the geological survey, the residence at 1759 Lanier place. The consideration was about $12,500.
The residence is one in a row of five which was recently erected for Mr. STEWART. It is a three-story and basement red brick structure, with white stone trimmings. It contains eleven rooms, three baths, a laundry, and large cellar. It is equipped with hot-water heat, electric and gas lighting, and all modern conveniences.
