NEW HOMES ON THE MARKET
H. R. Howenstein Company Offers a Row in Euclid Street.
Dwellings Three Stories High, Attractive in Design and Finish, and the Price $7,000 Each.

The H. R. Howenstein Company, real estate dealer, recently has put on the market for sale a row of fifteen new houses in Euclid street northwest, between Twelfth and Thirteenth streets, which is one of the most attractive rows in Mount Pleasant.
The houses are on the south side of the street, and are convenient to both the Eleventh street and Fourteenth street car lines. They are three stories in height, with a basement, and are constructed of red colonial brick, with white stone trimmings. There is a 10-foot colonial porch, with white stone columns, extending across the entire front, with double porches in the rear.
The dwellings are equipped with electric and gas lighting, hot-water heat, sanitary plumbing, and are finished throughout on the interior with hardwood. The residences will be sold for about $7,000 each.
The same company also has placed on sale a row of dwellings at Seventh and K streets northeast, which will be sold for about $3,750 each. These dwellings are two-story red brick, with white stone trimmings. They are designed after the colonial type of architecture, with wide colonial porches across the front and a 20-foot lot between the houses and the street. Each building is of steel construction, with furnace heat, gaslighting, and hardwood finish inside.
