OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE District of Columbia, Washington, March 4, 1915. - Sealed proposals will be received at this office, Room 509, District Building, until 2 O'Clock P. M., MARCH 15, 1915, for furnishing and delivering f. o. b. Washington, D. C., one hundred thousand (100,000) pounds, more or less, pig lead, for use in the water department, this city. Specifications and form of proposal may be obtained from the purchasing officer, District of Columbia, Room 320, District Building. OLIVER P. NEWMAN, LOUIS BROWNLOW, CHARLES W.
