SPECIAL NOTICES.

TO THE STOCKHOLDERS OF BLAKE RIFLE COMPANY AND ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
As provided by law, a meeting of the stockholders of the aforesaid corporation, for the purpose of diminishing the amount of its capital stock to one million ($1,000,000) dollars, or such other amount as the stockholders may determine, will be held at the corporation's office, Room 320, Bond Building, corner of Fourteenth street and New York avenue northwest, Washington, D. C., on TUESDAY, March 23, 1915, at 3 o'clock p. m. Also a deferred annual election of officers will be held.
Witness the signature of a majority of the trustees of said corporation:

WILLIAM WOLFLEY, Trustee and Secretary.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on the THIRTY-FIRST DAY of MARCH, 1915, will expire all licenses granted by the Assessor of the District of Columbia to peddlers and produce-dealers trading at large.
