"Died in Twiggs Co., March 4, Joseph Collins in the 78th year of his age. He was a good
citizen, an honest man, and served his country faithfully in that time which tried men's souls
(Revolutionary War)". Also, in the same newspaper: "James W Collins and Thomas S Chappell, exrs.,
will sell the perishable property of late Joseph Collins, dec. of Twiggs County.
