Mrs. Georgia R. Brown
Dawson- Funeral services were held for Mrs. Georgia Roberts Brown, 75, of Dawson in DuPre Funeral Home Wednesday at 11 PM. The Rev. David A. Duck and the Rev. Louis E. Gholson officiated. Burial was in New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Brown had lived in Dawson all her life except the past two and one half years. She had been in failing health for a number of years and died Monday in Henderson Convalescence Home in Tifton. She was the daughter of the late James Irbie Roberts and the late Willie Ann Causey Roberts.

She was a member of Graves Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son Charlie Brown of Americus; a sister Mrs. Willie Pearl Nasworthy of Warner Robins; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
