For Sale
Three hundred & twenty-eight acres of land lying near WINTERS', a little south of the great road from Hagerstown by HARMAN'S Gap, to Baltimore. The soil is equal in quality to most in the settlement, with a large proportion of meadow. On the land are two distinct tenements, at present occupied by LUDWICK HEWIT (HEWITT?) and JACOB WOLF. The farms are in tolerable repair with a good orchard and other improvements. If not disposed of by private agreement between Wednesday, January 3 next, it will be sold at public vendue on that date at J. HAGER'S Tavern, Hagerstown, or to the subscriber living at Great Pipe Creek Bridge, Frederick County. GEORGE DIXON
