Died Suddenly of Rheumatism

The Eldest Son of Nathaniel Wilson Succumbs to the Disease

CHARLES ABBOT WILSON, eldest son of NATHANIEL WILSON, one of the most prominent lawyers of the District, died suddenly yesterday morning at York Harbor, Me., where the family was spending a part of the summer. The deceased left the city about three weeks ago and since that time had been confined to his bed from a rheumatic attack in his left leg. It was not thought, however, that the complaint would prove fatal, and the news of his death was a great surprise to his friends and acquaintances in the city.

The remains will reach the city on Friday. No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral. The deceased was a graduate of Harvard, and since leaving college had been engaged with his father in his law office. He was also a member of the Meridian Club, and very popular with his acquaintances He was 23 years of age.
