Killed her Son While Insane

Poughkeepsie, N.Y. The coroner of the city was called to investigate the deaths of Mrs. A. Edward TOWER and her young son. According to information obtained by the coroner, Mrs. TOWER shot and killed her son and herself in a fit of temporary insanity. Mrs. TOWER's husband is a wealth and prominent resident of this place. Mrs. TOWER went to her son Albert's room and emptied a five chamber revolver into his body. She then sat down on a bed in an adjoining room and with another revolver shot herself.
