Guisippi BERNI, who last Thursday night killed, in Carson City, Clementi ZANONI over a game of cards, was arrested here last Friday by Constable UPSON. He had purchased a ticket to Sacramento and had taken a seat in the passenger coach which is being used as a waiting room, thinking he was on the West bound train. Sheriff ULRICK of Ormsby county, who arrived here the same day, took the prisoner to Carson on the next morning's V. and T. Express.
