Poplar Bluff, Mo., --J. H. MIFFLIN, a farmer, accidentally shot and killed his 17-year-old son, Russell, when the two were shooting crows. The boy took the shotgun of "safety" and handed it to his father, who overlooked the safety catch and accidentally fired. The boy was carried to the house and died in two hours.Submitted: 07/01/07
