Marshall, Ill., September 4.--A special from Casey recounts a peculiarly distressing accident which happened near there yesterday. Mr. BUCKLEY was trying to subdue an unruly horse while his little 12-year-old son stood near by watching. Suddenly the horse leaped toward the boy, struck and knocked him down, and before the agonized father could prevent it, the horse stepped on the lad's neck, inflicting fatal injuries.
