Centreville, Mo., July 13.--Mrs. Samuel C. COURSEY died at the residence of Mr. John W. COUNCELL, near Centreville, yesterday afternoon from the effects of a stroke of paralysis. Mrs. COURSEY was visiting the family of Mr. COUNCELL last Sunday and was stricken in the yard in front of the residence just as she alighted from a carriage. She was 48 years of age, and is survived by a husband and five children.
