Hostess was assisted by her sister, Mrs. C.W. Hinson and daughter, Evelyn, Mrs. A.A. Cooper and daughter, Mary Katherine and Miss Irene Holderman.
H.L. Leberman entertained at birthday dinner given him by his family in honor of his fifty-ninth birthday.
Taking dinner with Mr. Leberman were: Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Gilbert, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Killian, Dix Leberman and family, Bill Leberman and family, Mrs. George Leberman of Ft. Worth, George Perkins and family, W.F. Keathley and family and Rev. Husted.
E.S. Graham, Judge M.D. Brown and R.E. Lynch of Graham went to Corsicana, Sunday, to appear as witnesses in behalf of Mike McNamara in the Mayfield hearing, Monday. They returned Monday night. McNamara is Deputy Oil and Gas Commissioner for Young County and managed the Mayfield campaign in Young County and managed the Mayfield campaign in Young County in the first and second primaries.

Mrs. Huebner (nee Bertha Kunkel) of Beaver County attended the wedding of her sister.
Mrs. Will Ledbetter of Markley who has been visiting her parents Mr. and MRs. F.C. Sharp.
Mrs. S.J. Marrell and little daughter, Martha Louise, are spending a few days in Fort Worth.
Lewis Starr and sons, Sol and Finis left Saturday for Goree to do some tanking on Wilbur Hunt’s ranch.
Clarence Brock of Spring Creek was operated on at the Sanitarium.
Uncle Henry Keen has been visiting his son, Jesse, at Spur.
Miss Emily Miller is a nurse at the sanitarium.
D.W. Ward, Mr.a nd Mrs. W.H. Meaders and Mr. and Mrs. N. D. Holderman of Farmer were in Olney.
Miss Ethel Andrews of Anarene had her tonsils removed.
S.M. McCarey and wife of Bitter Creek were shopping in Olney.
Mr. and Mrs. L.S. Brock of Bitter Creek were in Olney.
Meltin Sutherlen and Lon Beasley and family of Throckmorton were in town.
Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Morris were in Spring Creek.
Deitrich-Kunkel
Mr. Edwin Deitrich and Miss Huldah Kunkel were married at the Lutheran church. Rev. Klenk performed the ceremony.
Mrs. J.F. Isham of Westfork was shopping in town. Mrs. Isham says that her daughter, Miss Pearl is principal of the Silverton school this winter.
Among the Padgett visitors Sunday were Robert and Buster Self and sisters, Misses Hazel and Lunar, Miss Annie Mae Williams, Watt Clifton and Miss Robinson.
Mr. and Mrs. J.N. Lunsford and children of Lamesa came in last week to visit relatives.
Grandma Douglas of Bitter Creek died Sunday. The funeral was held Monday afternoon at her home. Rev. E.S. Fitzgerald conducting the services.
