Mrs. W. E. FISHER, of Carrollton, Ky., died Thursday morning at Christ hospital, Cincinnati, after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, her mother, Mrs. Virginia BARKER, and sister, Mrs. J. D. MATTHEWS, Cincinnati; two brothers, Ralph M. BARKER, of Carrollton, director of warehouse of the Burley Tobacco Grower's Cooperative association, and Charles A. BARKER, of El Paso, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at Cincinnati Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock and burial will take place at Cincinnati in the family lot in a cemetery there.

Offices of the Burley Tobacco Grower's Cooperative association in Lexington will be closed Saturday afternoon during the funeral.
