Annapolis, Dec. 3. Last week dy'd at his house, in St. Mary's County, Nicholas Lowe, Esq. one of his Lordship's Honourable Council, and Agent, and Receiver-General of all His Lordship's revenues in Maryland. We hear, the Hon. Col. Matthew Tilghman Ward, succeeds him in the said office.
