Miss Ruth Craft, teacher at the Vienna public school, has resigned her positon and has been succeeded by Miss Edith Andrews of Hurlock.
Mrs Emma Hopkins, age 50 years, of Cambridge, died at the home of her daughter Thursday of paralysis.
The Board of Trustees of the Hamilton Presbyterian Church have decided to build a new church.
Benjamin Kemp has been appointed keeper of the Tuckahoe bridge for a two year period.
Charles Scarborough, Jr., 16 years old, of Carters Mill, was adjusting the harness of a horse
when the animal suddenly turned and bit off his right ear.
